Last updated 9 September 2026. This policy covers the VASTU web app at vastu.tralgos.com and the VASTU Android app, which is the same application delivered in a Trusted Web Activity.
We ask for an email address so you can sign in and keep your saved reports. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and there is no third-party analytics or tracking code anywhere in this app. The video recorded during a house tour never leaves your phone.
Account. Your email address, an optional display name, your language preference (Hindi or English), and your password. The password is stored only as a scrypt hash with a per-user random salt — we cannot read it, and we could not tell you what it is if you asked.
Sign-in codes. When you sign up or reset a password we email a six-digit code. Only a SHA-256 hash of that code is stored, and it is deleted or expires after 10 minutes.
Sessions. When you sign in we create a session and record the browser user-agent, IP address, and the approximate city and country our host derives from that IP. This is what lets you see and revoke sign-ins that are not yours. Sessions expire after 30 days.
Saved reports. If you choose to save a property, we store the name you gave it, the property type, an address if you typed one, the room layout you built, and the Vastu findings and score we calculated. An address is optional; the app works without it.
Sharing. If you email a report to someone, we store that recipient's email address so there is a record of what was sent. Sharing to WhatsApp is handed off to WhatsApp by your own device — we never see the recipient.
Product events. We record an event row when an account signs up, signs in, saves a report or shares one, along with the same coarse city/country/IP/user-agent described above. We use this only to understand whether the app is working. It is not sent anywhere else.
The AI House Tour asks for camera and microphone access, and only at the moment you open it. The recording is saved locally as described above, and the rooms in it are recognised on your own device — nothing is streamed, transmitted, analysed on a server or retained by us. If you decline the microphone, the tour still runs and records silent video. If you decline the camera, every other part of the app continues to work.
We never ask for GPS or device location permission. The city and country mentioned above are inferred from your IP address by the network in front of our server, which is approximate — typically city-level at best — and is used for security and basic usage statistics.

That is the entire list. There are no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, no social media pixels and no data brokers involved, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
You can delete your account from inside the app, under Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your user record and, with it, every saved property, room, report, share record, sign-in session and pending code belonging to you. Product event rows are kept but are stripped of any link to you, so what remains is an anonymous count with nothing identifying attached.
If you cannot reach the app, email connect@tralgos.com from your registered address and we will delete the account for you.
VASTU is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.

खाता। आपका ईमेल पता, वैकल्पिक नाम, भाषा (हिन्दी या अंग्रेज़ी), और आपका पासवर्ड। पासवर्ड केवल scrypt हैश के रूप में रखा जाता है — हम उसे पढ़ नहीं सकते, और पूछने पर भी बता नहीं सकते।
साइन-इन कोड। साइनअप या पासवर्ड रीसेट पर हम छह अंकों का कोड ईमेल करते हैं। उसका केवल SHA-256 हैश रखा जाता है, जो 10 मिनट में समाप्त हो जाता है।
सेशन। साइन इन करने पर हम ब्राउज़र का user-agent, IP पता, और उस IP से अनुमानित शहर व देश दर्ज करते हैं। इसी से आप वे साइन-इन देख और रद्द कर सकते हैं जो आपके नहीं हैं। सेशन 30 दिन बाद समाप्त हो जाते हैं।
सहेजी गई रिपोर्ट। यदि आप संपत्ति सहेजते हैं तो हम उसका नाम, प्रकार, पता (यदि आपने लिखा हो), आपके बनाए कमरों का विन्यास, और गणना किए गए वास्तु परिणाम व स्कोर रखते हैं। पता देना अनिवार्य नहीं है।
साझा करना। यदि आप रिपोर्ट ईमेल से भेजते हैं तो प्राप्तकर्ता का ईमेल पता दर्ज होता है। WhatsApp से साझा करना आपका डिवाइस सीधे WhatsApp को सौंपता है — वहाँ प्राप्तकर्ता हमें दिखता ही नहीं।
उपयोग की घटनाएँ। साइनअप, साइन-इन, रिपोर्ट सहेजने और साझा करने पर एक पंक्ति दर्ज होती है, उसी मोटे शहर/देश/IP/user-agent के साथ। यह केवल यह समझने के लिए है कि ऐप ठीक चल रहा है या नहीं। यह कहीं और नहीं भेजा जाता।
AI घर-टूर कैमरा और माइक्रोफ़ोन की अनुमति तभी माँगता है जब आप उसे खोलते हैं। बनी हुई फ़ाइल ऊपर बताए अनुसार डिवाइस पर ही सहेजी जाती है, और कमरों की पहचान भी आपके ही डिवाइस पर होती है — हम उसे न भेजते हैं, न सर्वर पर देखते हैं, न रखते हैं। माइक्रोफ़ोन की अनुमति न देने पर टूर बिना आवाज़ के चलता है। कैमरे की अनुमति न देने पर भी ऐप के बाकी सभी हिस्से चलते रहते हैं।
हम GPS या डिवाइस लोकेशन की अनुमति कभी नहीं माँगते। ऊपर बताया गया शहर और देश आपके IP पते से अनुमानित होता है, जो मोटे तौर पर शहर-स्तर तक ही सही होता है, और सुरक्षा तथा सामान्य आँकड़ों के लिए उपयोग होता है।
सूची बस इतनी ही है। कोई विज्ञापन नेटवर्क, कोई एनालिटिक्स SDK, कोई सोशल मीडिया पिक्सल और कोई डेटा ब्रोकर इसमें शामिल नहीं है, और हम आपकी जानकारी किसी को बेचते या किराए पर नहीं देते।
आप ऐप के भीतर ही खाता → खाता हटाएँ से अपना खाता हटा सकते हैं। यह तुरंत और स्थायी है। इससे आपका उपयोगकर्ता रिकॉर्ड और उसके साथ आपकी हर सहेजी गई संपत्ति, कमरा, रिपोर्ट, साझा रिकॉर्ड, सेशन और लंबित कोड मिट जाते हैं। उपयोग की घटनाओं की पंक्तियाँ रहती हैं, पर उनसे आपकी पहचान का संबंध हटा दिया जाता है।

VASTU 13 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों के लिए नहीं है, और हम जानबूझकर उनसे जानकारी एकत्र नहीं करते। यदि आपको लगे कि किसी बच्चे ने खाता बनाया है, तो हमें लिखें, हम उसे हटा देंगे।
